Step 1. Fill in the application form

Through our website, you click on “Register location”. Here you fill in a short form with some details.

Step 2. Introduction & first check

After your application, we will contact you within 1 working day. In a short (telephone or online) introduction, we will discuss a number of points.

Step 3. Setting up your location page

Then we will get to work setting up your location on Meet&Co. 
You will get access to the partner portal where you can manage everything.

Step 4. Your location is live

After approval, we will put your venue online on Meet&Co. Payments will be handled through the platform. You will receive your monthly payouts, minus any commission (depending on your partner model).

Calculate how much you can earn with your space

If a client books your meeting room or coworking space, you will receive a nice portion of the proceeds.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Becoming a partner at Meet&Co is completely free. There are no connection fees and no monthly subscriptions. Our earnings model is based on successful bookings: only when a space is actually booked through our platform do we charge a pre-agreed commission.

This approach means you can get in without any financial barriers and benefit from maximum visibility through our international network. You retain full control over your rates, availability and conditions. We take care of marketing, the platform and customer contact.

How do I determine the availability of my spaces?

You easily determine the availability of your meeting rooms and coworking spaces yourself via the Meet&Co partner portal. Here you can specify the available days, time slots and any exceptions per room, such as holidays or maintenance times.

The system is flexible and user-friendly: you can make adjustments in real time, manage reservations and synchronise the calendar with your own planning system. So you always stay in control and avoid double bookings.

How do I manage my locations and bookings?

As a Meet&Co partner, you get access to a user-friendly partner portal where you can easily manage all your locations, meeting rooms and coworking spaces. In this partner portal, you can:

  • Customise venue details: Edit descriptions, amenities, photos and opening hours of your venues.
  • Manage availability: For each room, specify when it is available for bookings.
  • View and manage bookings: View incoming reservations in real time, confirm or modify bookings and add any additional comments.
  • Communicating with customers: The system allows you to contact customers directly if there are questions about their reservations.
  • Insights and statistics: Receive clear reports on your performance, booking numbers and customer feedback.

Do I need a professional photo?

A professional photo is not compulsory, but is strongly recommended. Why? Because visual appeal plays a crucial role in attracting potential customers. Venues with clear, well-lit and representative photos get considerably more attention and bookings. A professional image inspires confidence and immediately shows the quality of your meeting room or coworking space.

How soon am I online after registering?

Once you have registered your venue through our partner form, we will contact you within 1 working day to verify the details and officially start the partnership. After receiving all necessary information (such as photos, descriptions and rates), we will make sure your venue is online on the Meet&Co platform within 3-5 working days.

Our team carefully checks the data and ensures that your listing is attractive and complete, so that you are optimally visible to potential customers. Do you have all the material ready? Then we can often even speed up the process.
