Space & location

How do I determine the availability of my spaces?

You can easily manage the availability of your rooms yourself via the Meet&Co partner portal. You indicate which days and times rooms are available for bookings. You can set this manually or link it to your existing reservation system (if supported). This way, you always keep control and avoid double bookings.

How do I manage my locations and bookings?

Via your personal Meet&Co partner dashboard, you can easily manage all your locations and bookings. You can adjust information per location, such as opening hours, prices, facilities and photos. You will also see an overview of all incoming bookings, including customer details and special requests. You receive automatic notifications of new bookings and can contact the customer or make changes if necessary. Everything is designed to make management as easy and clear as possible.

Do I need a professional photo?

No, a professional photo is not compulsory, but it certainly helps! Venues with clear, well-exposed photos are more likely to be booked. Provide overview photos of the space, details of facilities and possibly an image of the exterior. Professional-looking photos contribute to trust and increase the likelihood of bookings.

How soon am I online after registering?

After registration, we aim to have your site live on our platform within 1 to 3 working days. Once you have added all the necessary information and photos, we will check your profile and make sure it is published quickly. You will automatically receive a confirmation as soon as your location is visible to customers worldwide.

What kind of venues can I offer?

I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

You can offer different types of professional workplaces at Meet&Co, as long as they meet our quality standards. These include:

  • Meeting rooms – from small consultation rooms to large boardrooms.
  • Coworking spots – flex spaces or fixed desks in shared spaces.
  • Office units – fully furnished offices for short or long term rental.
  • Training or presentation rooms – with appropriate facilities such as screens, whiteboards and catering options.

Whether you have a single space or an entire business centre: if your location is presentable, professional and easily accessible, Meet&Co is the place to become visible to a global audience.

Can I add multiple locations?

Yes, absolutely! If your organisation has several locations, you can add them all to Meet&Co. Each location gets its own profile page with photos, facilities and availability. This makes each location optimally findable for customers. You manage everything centrally from one account, which makes it clear and efficient.

What if I have questions or need help?

Don’t worry, we’re always here for you. Our support team is happy to help you with everything from creating your profile to managing bookings. You can reach us via e-mail, chat or phone. We also have a handy partner environment with answers to frequently asked questions and step-by-step instructions.

Costs & prices

What does it cost to become a partner?

Signing up as a partner is free. There are no fixed fees or subscriptions. You pay only when a booking is made through Meet&Co, on a fair commission per booking.

How does payment and disbursement work?

When a customer books your meeting room or coworking space through Meet&Co, he or she pays directly online through our platform. Meet&Co receives the payment on your behalf and retains the service fee.

Payment to you as a partner is automatic, usually within 7 to 14 days of the booked date. You will receive the amount in your specified bank account number, together with a clear overview of the booking, the amount and any charges.

So you don’t have to worry about administration or collection – we take care of that for you.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes, absolutely. As a partner with Meet&Co, you completely determine your own rates. You know your location and market best, so you control the prices for meeting rooms, coworking spaces or extra services. You can adjust your rates at any time via your partner account, so you can respond to seasonal influences, occupancy or promotions.

Other questions

Is there a minimum term for the collaboration?

No, there is no minimum term. We believe in flexibility and rely on the value of our partnership. You can decide to take your site offline or end the collaboration at any time, with no notice period or obligations.

How do I receive a booking or request?

As soon as a customer books your location or submits a request via Meet&Co, you will immediately receive an e-mail notification with all relevant details. Depending on your account settings, this could be a direct booking or a request that you need to confirm first. You manage everything easily via our partner portal, where you can also adjust availability and communicate with customers.

Can I refuse or modify bookings?

Yes, as a partner you always retain control of your venue. You can refuse or adjust bookings if necessary – for example, in the event of double bookings or a change in availability. However, we do ask you to do so in good time and with a brief explanation, so that together we can guarantee a good customer experience. Transparency and good communication help us keep both you and the customer happy.

How does the commission or earning model work?

At Meet&Co, we operate a transparent commission model. You only pay a commission on actual bookings made through the platform – so there are no fixed costs or subscriptions. Once a customer books your space, we deduct a pre-agreed percentage from the booking amount. The rest is automatically transferred to your account. So you only earn if we do too – a win-win partnership.
